Fujian White Crane Kung Fu Seminar with Master Lee Kong
We are honored to announce that Master Lee Kong, a living legend of Fujian White Crane, will conduct special seminars in London.

For the first time in London, Master Lee Kong shares the "Inner-Door" mechanics of the Three Types of Samm Jin: Hard, Shake, and Soft.
Whether you practice Karate (Sanchin roots), Wing Chun or CMA, this is a must-attend event to touch the source of internal mechanics.
Seminar Details
• Day 1 (3 April) Friday : Samm Jin - The Hard Form & Foundation
* Focus: Structure, Rooting, and Power Generation.
* Content: Master the Hard Samm Jin (Sanzhan)—the essential framework of the system. Learn to build a root that cannot be moved and generate explosive force.
• Day 2 (4 April) Saturday : Crane Method - Principles & Application
* Focus: The Art of "The Bridge" and the Four Elements.
* Content: Master Lee Kong will explain the elements of Swallow (Tun), Spit (Tu), Float (Fu) and Sink (Chen). Discover how these reinforce the Day 1 structure to neutralise force and counter-attack with precision.
• Day 3 (5 April) Sunday : Master Class (Prerequisite) - Location TBC
Strictly Limited Space: Previous study with Master Lee OR attendance of Day 1 & 2.
* Personal Adjustment: Intensive individual correction of Zhuang Gong (Pole Standing) and Samm Jin structure.
* The Transformation: A rare demonstration and explanation of the Shake and Soft Samm Jin to understand the roadmap from Hard to Soft power.
* Hands-on Refinement: Direct physical correction of your techniques and a technical Q&A with the Master.
